Due to the nature of food items, we are unable to provide refunds unless your product arrived damaged or unusable.

If your product arrived damaged, you must provide a detailed description of what happened along with images of the product's damage. You will then need to send the item back in its original packaging and you will be responsible for the return label. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

You may be entitled to a reimbursement of the item and return label if after inspection your item is qualified for a full refund. This process may take up to 7 days once we receive the item from you.
