Refund Policy

At MonkVee, we care deeply about your health, safety, and satisfaction. Every product we make is crafted with the highest standards of quality and freshness. Because our products are food items, we must prioritize your safety — and the safety of all our customers. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless your order arrives damaged or unusable. Once a food product leaves our facility, it cannot be resold due to potential tampering or contamination risks.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We kindly ask that you provide:

  • A brief description of what happened
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Your receipt or proof of purchase

In some cases, we may ask you to return the item in its original packaging. You will initially be responsible for the return shipping label; however, if after inspection your product qualifies for a full refund, we’ll reimburse you for both the item and the return shipping. This process typically takes up to 7 business days once we receive your return.

Please note: we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We truly value your trust and understanding. While we can’t offer refunds for changes of mind — as that would make it impossible for a small brand like ours to continue serving you — we’ll always do everything we can to make things right if there’s ever an issue.
